New red splotch on beardies back, what is it?

I noticed this reddish spot on her back and I can't figure out what it is. This is the only place it is, it looks like it's maybe under the scales? She's around 4 years old. Only thing I can think of is that I've been giving her new foods to try like canned Silkworms and freeze dried Dubai Roaches, so maybe it's an allergic reaction but I feel like it'd spread more than just there. Any ideas? Any help would be great

Maybe try very gently cleansing it with a soft warm washcloth with just water to see if any of it comes off..e.g if she has a small scrape but some of it may be where the blood dripped and dried?
