While my mom was out at the store (I'm rarely able to get out), I asked her to pick up some calcium with D3 to mix into my roach chow to ensure they have a good gut load. However, due to some miscommunication and delay in the picture messages for what I needed, she ended up getting Citracal daily supplement. The ingredients, based on what I read seem safe, but I always like a second opinion.
I was wondering, based on your all's experience, if this would be a safe supplement to some roach chow that I'm planning to make?
