Hi our new beardie, still a juvenile, will only poop during his baths. I have been giving him baths every 2-3 days for some fun (he loves it) and he always has a big BM while swimming. Now he never poops in his enclosure and seems to hold it until bath time. On one hand I don’t mind as it is easy to pull the drain and clean it up but on the other hand if I can’t get him in the tub for a few days I don’t want him to become impacted. Should I stop the swim time and make him poop in the enclosure or just make sure he has a bath regularly?

I think if he really needed to poop and you didnt have time to take him out for a bath he will probably poop in the enclosure if he needs, but its great that you've got him pooping in the bath, makes it easy to clean and you can kinda time it so hes on a schedule. Just make sure to clean the bath water out after he poops so he doesn't drink it obviously
How old is he?
I agree, it's nice that he poos in the bath instead of the enclosure.
I highly doubt you need to worry about him getting impacted if you were to stop the baths. He will go if he needs to
