New addition!!

Well i went to the shop for some crickets and came back with a new BD baby, its so cute, i fell in love and couldnt come away without it!! Not sure what to call it, was thinking maybe simba as my other one is pumba, keeping with the lion king theme lol but i'm not sure yet. What do u think??
Its doing so well too, not at all stressed from the journey, doesnt seem to mind being handled at all and has already eaten loads of crickets, i'm in love already!!! :love5:

I'm not sure it's the same there, but the ReptiGlo 10.0 is a bad bulb in the US. It's really hard on their eyes. Do you know if they're the same there as here, Ethelia?

Hi there,
Yeah Ive been advised the same and did some research and it turns out it is crappy really. The coil one that is, the strip light is grand.
The only difference is that we in the UK have less bulbs availiable to us.
Cuss you darn Americans with your plentiful supplies

Oh, yea, dont get a ceramic heater!!! they don't generate enough heat!!!

I have a ceramic bulb that kept temps at 110f no problem when sammy was a tyke. it now holds temps at 85-90f no problem. Dont know if you meant ceramic bulb or if a ceramic heater is something different, but ceramic bulbs are A-OK

I have noticed a distinct difference between the "english" accent, the Scottish accent and the Irish accent. It's the same as the NYC accent and the "western" accent. We are all 'American' but all have a distinct accent that is different then other parts of the country.
