It's good. It's not quite as easy as tile (in some ways), but it's fine.

The good thing is there is no grout or gaps. The cork flooring has a sealant on it that makes it water proof, however if they make a watery poop and it dries out then you typically need to use a wet sponge or rag to clean it off. That's the only thing really. If you clean it while it's still moist it's a non-issue.
