So my beardie sentry is 5 now and had almost no issue up to this point, but last week I noticed an undigested plant matter in his poo and it was hard, so to me that screams dehydration, so I got him drinking more. Now I don't know what happened or how but I felt a mass right below his sternum. And now he won't poop. He will try, and a tiny urate might pop out but he has nothing. And the more liquid I gave him the plumper he would get. Now hese got a black beard and doesn't like the normal posture he takes. And I though ok some prune juice.... maybe some watered down pumpkin would do the trick but nothing yet. Now today I noticed his under arm fay pads are different! One is hugely oversized! And the other looks normal but both are hard! Like! I'm sure they are supposed to be soft... right? It feels wrong... any thoughts? It might not sound like I'm being that urgent but trust me I'm wiggin out on the inside.
Btw for the ones that need the husbandry details.
He uses mercury vapor bulbs.
His enclosures huge
It's a live active vivarium
His substrates from the biodude
He also has an out of enclosure basking spot so he has free reign to run around sometimes
Last time I checked my bulbs my uvb card showed they're still working good.
Normally he eats arugula and mustard.
