Yes, looks about 6.5" when you got her. She looks good now actually, glad I asked for the pics. :)

But yes, now is the time to slow the feedings just a little bit before the weight starts piling on as her growth slows.

Just keep doing what you're doing but a few less insects in the next month or so. Calcium w/out D3 once every other day very lightly only on a few insects, calcium with D3 once a week very lightly only on a few insects. Lightly meaning so they don't look like a powdered donut. I don'tpersonally usually use a mulivitamin because most of my dragons eat a lot of greens but when I do [ maybe once a month ] I use Repashy calcium plus.

It should be . There's always wiggle room to decrease or increase as you see her looking to chubby or if she begins to look too lean. So far so good . :)

The amount you're feeding him is pretty good so you can wait a few months to change anything as he grows more , keeping an eye out so that he doesn't get a tubby belly . You can do calcium every other day, every day may not hurt but it's not likely necessary. I've forgotten , does he eat greens ? That's very important.

Hey! I'm planning on ordering a 4x2x2 for my next beardie but I'm worried about lighting. I have a UVA and a UVB but they are small (the UVA just being a bulb and the UVB being 12 ish inches?) My house is drafty so I need a strong light that puts off quite a good amount of heat, any suggestions?
