My beardie is really skinny, lethargic and wont eat

Very sad, it does sound like he is in the final phases of passing. I wish there was something that
could be done, but he is too far gone. He is a great looking dragon, looks like a Barbata mix.
Your mom forgot about him for almost 2 months? I am very sorry.

I think he has passed, I've slightly touched his eye to see if there would be a reaction and there's nothing, moved him onto his back and side nothing, Is there any other way I could check please because I can slightly see his stomach going in and out like he's breathing but there's nothing online telling me that it's him breathing or just his body
