My Beardie is Acting Crazy

Hi everyone, so like the title says, my 1.5yr old bearded dragon Maleficent is actually driving me a little insane recently lol.
Mal is usually such a well behaved girl, she eats well, she poops regularly, she loves hanging out in her tank basking, and her temperament is usually very docile.
Well these last 2 weeks all of that changed. Suddenly she has more energy than a human toddler, all she wants to do run is around. She constantly paces in front of her tank doors to be let out and if I dont let her out immediately she poops amd smears it all over her tank. When she is free-roaming she runs all over the place and explores everything. She doesnt normally calm down for the day until its time for bed.
She also hasn't had the best appetite lately. This past week she really doesn't want to eat, she just wants to run. I have managed to get her to eat a piece of strawberry 2 days ago and a few greens 2 days before that but she doesnt even want her bugs. Mal is a big girl though and definitely overweight (we are working to fix this) so I'm not really concerned about her not eating because I know she will be fine without food for a while.
She still poops almost every day, although its usually just water and urate which makes sense since she isn't really eating food but at least I know she's hydrated.
I should also add that she went through a phase like this last year too, actually it was around this time of year as well. So maybe this is just her way of welcoming in the Spring?
I don't know, I'm not too concerned about it since she's done this before but I am curious if anyone has any insight as to why she does this.

I have questions about bubbles on our bearded dragons eye.

So he’s gotten bubbles on his eye. We wiped them off and it’s only been twice in the last few weeks. Should we be concerned? No coughing or congestion. He’s very hungry and sleeps well. He’s 8-9 month range. His humidity is 30-40 day time and as high as 50-55 at night to early morning.
Should we be concerned?
