My beardie hasn’t grown much

My youngest beardie, Rex, who will be 1yr old in March, hasn’t grown as big as my eldest beardie. Is this something to be concerned about? He also hasn’t shed in a while and he’s not eating properly. The lightning and temperature in his tank is up to standard. I’m just worried about him.

Basking temps and uvb are the MOST important thing in the tank- if those are off everything is effected- please go over your uvb temps how your taking the and the uvb no coils please
