So my bearded dragons scratched his eye and now there is a darker spot around its eye

Update I have been to the doctor they said it will be fine but it looks bad and is hurting the lizard I’m thinking of taking him back

You can get some raw, unpasteurized honey on & around that area to help with healing.
What did he scrape it on?

Any raw unpasteurized will work- we often recommend manuka make sure there are NO crickets in the tank they will go straight for the eye- is he shedding?

Hello,

How is your dragon's eye looking today? If the eye is shedding, hopefully the skin will start to shed & clear that off of his eye.
