I have my bearded dragon in a 40 gallon tank, reptisun t5 ho 10.0 uvb and 100watt basking bulb. Got a slab of sandstone for a basking spot. I will upload some pics shortly. Hoping I did a good job but any advice would be welcome if you see room for improvement.
I think it looks great. I love the stone basking slab. That should hold heat very well. One thing I suggest is adding more shade so your little guy can move around and get out of the "sun" sometimes as needed. I create my shade areas using pieces of driftwood propped up along a half log and plastic bridge. This helps create some different levels to climb around on which is also important. You could also use fake plants or create shade out of a hammock area. Lots of good ways to do it so get creative =)
Here's a photo of my setup for reference. The crossed driftwood combined with the half log and bridge create a few levels and several shade areas with no UVB and lower temperatures.
I can see you have some stones holding the slab up, assuming it is well secured it'll provide a nice little cave for him too. have you seen him under it at all? might be worth maybe angling it up on one end to make a little variation for the basking spot. that is a sweet slab by the way... i just said sweet.... dude i'm lame.
