My baby seems to be brumating during summer.

Lou, 4M, has as of 2 weeks ago became very lethargic, never exiting his hide unless made to. No pooping or eating unless given to him. No change in anything in the enclosure, same temperatures etc, however he went to the vets for this problem and came back with pin worm medication. His behavior hasn’t changed though. What should I be doing to help him? And how do I get the vet to be concerned about this?

Please go over your lighting. 4 m.o. beardies aren't very likely to brumate. Something else is off and most likely it's the uvb and basking temp.

Hey, he is 4 years old and male sorry. I didn’t mean 4 months.
Ok, that makes more sense 😀
I would keep the lights on a summer schedule until the medication is done and I got the all clear from the vet. I would try to keep him from brumating till then. It's best if they have no health issues before going down. Once he is in the clear, I would put the lights on a winter schedule and let him sleep if that's what he wants.

Is there any reason he could be doing this? My vet didn’t see any issues with my tank and she is quite strict on things like that.

Are you in Australia 🇦🇺?
We are going into winter here is why I ask.
If that's the case I'm not sure why he would do that.
There are other folks here that are from Australia maybe one of them can chime in with some insight.

Hey! I'm planning on ordering a 4x2x2 for my next beardie but I'm worried about lighting. I have a UVA and a UVB but they are small (the UVA just being a bulb and the UVB being 12 ish inches?) My house is drafty so I need a strong light that puts off quite a good amount of heat, any suggestions?
cookie event at my library today, quite fun! Made some bracelets for my comrades too, to give them at church in the morning. Got a busy day tomorrow even though I’m off work… i go back on tuesday so atleast I’ll have 2 days off to rewind….then back to hell lol
The head tilt tho! Aaaahhh
