Baby Girl is about 4 years old and for the past year, she has been gradually getting really picky with her food and eats very little. Sometimes she will only eat these bearded dragon hard pellets. She is still pooping but its a very small amount considering how she eats.
Not sure if that's normal behavior, but the past couple months she has been wobbling when she walks. It almost looks like she is just off balance and sometimes she looks like she would fall over while walking. Is there any correlation with this behavior? Possible ear infection? Suggestions?
Also, I have been giving her more baths lately in case it was just dehydration. About a year ago I got a petsmart beardie also but they are not in the same tank. Maybe the new guy got BG sick?
Can you review your tank setup with us, such as the type/brand of UVB, supplementation &
temperatures so we can be sure it's all correct? If you have pictures of her & the setup that
would be great too.
It sounds like it could be a calcium deficiency possibly, but dehydration can also cause some
symptoms similar to that.
I doubt that your new dragon got her sick if they really haven't had any contact. Adenovirus
is also a possibility & that can cause a myriad of health issues, too.
