Yes that is a wide hole screen your UVB can stay on top just get the basking decor directly under it 8-10 inches please

Ok thanks for your help. Its funny i bought the thrive "starter kit" and the only thing i have left is the tank and lid. Ive tried to get the best of everything to make sure hes a happy Beardie
