Looks to me like a standard/regular.
They can turn more orange over time. My Taco is also a standard one and he's now quite orange, e.g. orange beard, bright orange stripe near the ear (really like drawn with a crayon), light orange on the back and so on. Also on the side where yours appear grey/bluish, mine is purple.
So I'd say: Yours looks very much like a standard, and standard dragons are just not "boring" colored ones but you see can have very much and beautiful coloration.

It's hard to say for sure about any hets he might have, but as far as morphs, colors are not indicative of morph.
Morphs are specific genetic mutations and can be reproduced predictably and reliably.
Color is more like melting crayons together and swirling it up. You can kind of guess the outcome, but it's completely random and unpredictable.
One thing I can see on him is those pretty blue side panels, it's absolutely safe to call him a blue bar
