mirror???

do beardies like purposely seek out the mirror to fight it? bc mine does and it’s really weird. like. i have the mirror mounted on the wall so he can’t see it but every time i let him out to run around he runs straight for where the mirror is and climbs things so he can fight it. is this normal or is he a weirdo?? it’s really funny but it worries me bc i know thay seeing a reflection stresses beardies out (and i don’t think banging his head on a mirror is very smart). that was a very brief question but tbh i don’t know how else i could describe it

My dragon does it also when he can see his reflection in the window when the sun shines just right it’s only when he’s out running around which is a lot. But just put something in front of the mirror when he’s out running around you don’t need to remove the mirror in your house lol.

Unfortunately, lizards don't have the brain capacity to understand their own self within the reflection is them instead they think it's another dragon
