Vet is referring to a specialist and I should hear something tomorrow.
Keep us posted please.
Zsa Zsa stopped eating well 4 day ago now also. Kind of same scenario she was eating great, next day nothing, has barely ate anything since.
We can stress together 🫂

So the specialist recommended Fortaz injections (antibiotic) every three days for a total of six injections. For what I am not getting a clear answer. White blood cell count was normal. Slight elevation in glucose which will retest frequently to rule out a tumor. She has now had two injections and today had a horrible case of diarrhea. Before we started the injections she would at least let me syringe feed her. Now she clamps her mouth shut and will fight me to escape. It is totally stressing her out. So today I gave her a 15 minute soak in an electrolyte bath. Luckily she actually drank some of the bath water as I am sure she is getting dehydrated. Her urate was chalky. So now I am wondering if they are making her sicker. She is to get a third injection on Wednesday but I have made another appointment for a recheck with the vet instead and will tell them to stop the injections as I am afraid I am going to lose her. Any thoughts on this? I still wonder if she is trying to brumate as even the specialist described her as a little "brumatey." Losing trust in vets right now. I want them to help keep her hydrated, allow her intestinal tract to settle down, and see if she will eventually start to eat. Just fed up right now.

Are you using Park Animal Hospital?
They completely flaked out on me also. They cost me valuable time with Ruby.
I ended up taking her to Sun Ridge Animal Hospital, it was to late to help her, but they seemed to be much better.
It's a pretty good drive though, it's all the way on the south end of Eastern.
