Mumbo is 3-4 years old and 19 inches long. He loves his superworms and occassionally other worms too, but we're having a hard time getting him to eat his veggies. We mostly stick with the leafy greens (like collards) and a dash of carrots, squash, or other colorful veggie. I know he's eating a bite or two, but I'm sure he should be eating more. What kind of prep could I give his salad to make it more appealing? Or are there any other more enticing and tasty veggies he'd like more than what we already offer? Thanks!
I feed Little Foot Mustard Greens and Turnip Greens those are her favorites. She loves Clovers from outside and will gorge herself on them If I let her but she only gets those as a treat.
It took me forever it seems like to get her to eat them, finally one day she just up and decided to eat her veggies. Maybe that's the way your Beardie is.
I did do one thing that got her to eat her veggies when I first got her.
I would take a piece of mustard green leaf and slowly moved it and she dashed down and ate it up, it might work for you.
