- Beardie name(s)
- Ruby, Sinatra, Zsa Zsa
We've had Lucy for a coulpe months now. I swear her color gets better with every shed.
She is hands down one of the prettiest beardies I've had the pleasure of keeping.
She has been an absolute joy too. She was shy and timid the first couple weeks, now she is so engaging and full of life. She don't ask for bugs, she don't beg for bugs, she demands bugs and right now!!!! I'm going to have to be careful with this one or she will be obese. She eats everything in sight. She is housed in the living room away from the others. 1 because she is small and I didn't want to stress her, and 2 I think keeping hatchlings in the main room so they see all your comings and goings helps them settle in and not be as jumpy/flighty. She is still tough to handle but she never hides from us. She is alway right at the front watching everything we are doing. And by that I mean she never takes her eyes off our hands looking for bugs. She thought I had a bug the other day as I was opening her habitat and lept right into rhe glass. All I saw was a flying tongue hurling at me. She left a smear on the glass. It's like that every time we go near her. When Christina sits in her recliner Lucy is most of the time right up in that corner as close as she can get to her. She is a whole lot like Zsa Zsa when she was little. Anyway I guess I've talked her up enough lol so I'll post a few pictures from this evening.
