We've had Loki for a while, but I haven't posted many pics. So, I figured I'd show him off a bit. (I did post some silly videos of the doofus.)
He's from Dachiu, like Nexus. He's an eating machine. He's eaten his salad right from the beginning, and any insect we offer. He's so fully of energy, and insanely curious about everything. He can't even fall asleep at night right away till he runs around a bit.
Him and Nexus sleep on us at night, and get along rather well. (They're tanks are in seperate rooms, so they don't see each other much otherwise.) He's become rather clingy during sheds.
The first pics are him when we first got him, before we got the new camera. So don't mind the quality.
He was so interested in Nexus at first. Kept trying to get to him while he should have been sleeping
Again, I went to the bathroom, and when I got back I'd checked on them, and just had to get a pic. (He's a little older here)
Another, same story. Really, Loki really is so interested in Nexus. (Plus, Nexus seems to stay warm for a long time)
And this was him a few nights ago
"If you don't put that camera away, I WILL eat your fingers!" (He really might, too)
And here's the cutest video. I know I posted it before, but it's just too funny. Warning, roaches being eaten.
Note: He'd eaten a huge salad and 12 roaches before he started doing this (At first, I was trying to get a roach out from under his foot so he could eat it, then I had John grab the camera for this). You can see his belly is quite round, he's hardly starved. Just a doofus.
No, I'm addressing this to the person who started this topic, because I see him with his beardie on his hand with running tap water. I was just wondering about that.
Actually, there's a house filter. I've got unbelievably sensitive skin. So, it's quite safe. If there was something wrong with the water, it would hurt my hands before anyone else noticed anything. (That's how we know when to change the filter)
 OH NO! I might move to the city, and when I move out, Zinger should still be with me. So, what do I do? Buy a filter? How would I know when to change it? I don't have sensitive skin.
