Little white (Mites?)

We never have standing stool in her cage I never let any food go bad inside enclosure. Routinely spray and wipe it down with soap but for some reason there are little tiny white might looking bugs I only see one every once in a while so they’re not like all over the place. I saw one a few days ago and I just noticed one crawling on her a few minutes ago what are they and what can I do? Thank you in advance

I have been told by friends I have to steam in is there any alternative I don’t have a way to do that. (Need to buy one) I soaked all the decor in vinegar water yesterday50/50. I haven’t seen anything else yet. I know I have heard of some really good cleaners on here before. Does anyone have any advice
