Likes to be held? Dislikes Crickets now?

I have had my bearded dragon for just about 4 months now, and just switched her into a 40 gallon enclosure because she needed the change. Shes been in there for around 5 days now going off and on with relocation stress. But she has maintain a somewhat healthy appetite. But she seems to refuse crickets. Maybe eating 7 a day if that, but God forbid if there are phoenix worms in there she will down about 30-40 of them in one session. This is becoming a bit pricey now that shes eating them so much. Do bearded dragons eventually get sick of eating crickets? Any other cheap alternatives to phoenix worms? I heard Dubia Roaches are a really healthy staple for them to eat. How would I go about starting a colony of Dubias and how hard is it?

Another thing when I notice my bearded dragon is stressed out turning black getting stress marks etc. I pick her up and her colors brighten almost immediately as if she likes being held. She used to hate me going in and picking her up but since the change she doesn't want to go back in! As soon as I put her back in she shimmies up my arm and holds on for dear life. She has been getting used to the tank slowly and not freaking out as much but I think its funny she loves being held now. Here are my tank specs.

Tank: 40 Gallon Breeder
Temperature: (Using a 100Watt Basking Bulb on one end, 60Watt House bulb on other)103-105 Basking, 88 Ambient, 85 cool (Measured with a Probe Thermometer)
UVB: Reptisun 10.0 UVB 18 inch
Flooring: Manolium(sp?) on one end, Carpet on other
Decorations: Hammock on cool end of tank

she is 4 months old? or older. if she is that young they tend to have stress marks for a while. but it is cute that she wants to be held. Mr Dargon will hold onto my arm too, Tasty Treat will climb right back into her viv.

Mr Dargon refuses to eat crickets now. he likes to watch them hop around though. i think he is just too lazy to chase after them.

the roaches are supposed to be fairly easy, and the colony grows so much that people try to sell some off. you can control their reproducing by making it cooler.

Hey! I'm planning on ordering a 4x2x2 for my next beardie but I'm worried about lighting. I have a UVA and a UVB but they are small (the UVA just being a bulb and the UVB being 12 ish inches?) My house is drafty so I need a strong light that puts off quite a good amount of heat, any suggestions?
