Lighting help with non-standard enclosure

Hi,
I am working on getting my setup together for a Rankins. I have a 36x24x18 from Symton. Its the same materials a the Dubia.com enclosures. I have read that the mesh will block 40% of the UV. I have a 24 inch Exoterra t5 hood I plan to use with an arcadia bulb. Should I go with the 12% or the 14% given the enclosure is only 18 inches tall, and what would an appropriate basking distance be?

Hi, i'd go with the 12% as your dragon will be getting close enough to the bulb as soon as there is some decore under it. Try to provide a gradient/ramp so he/se can regulate by her own.
