I am very glad to hear about your dragons. How is Sinatra doing? You wrote earlier that he was out of sorts after the move.

He's getting better, I've been taking him out in the sunshine 🌞 and he seems to finally be getting more comfortable with it. Up until a few days ago it terrified him to go outside. The last couple times he was pretty calm and way more relaxed. Ruby goes out considerably more, she is extremely well behaved and the girlfriend works from home now so she takes her out bunches.

Lovely :)
Do your dragons also get lazy at rainy days even though their tank stays the same as usual? Mine seem to do this and also will go to hide well before a thunder storm comes up...

@Chris.

My Taco also does this - or say precisely: At days with bad weather. We don't have rain here, but we sometimes have high wind gusts (such as yesterday; we sometimes have "storms" as in "a lot of wind", but not "storms" as in "rain and thunder") and once in a while a cloudy day (normally: absolutely no clouds).
Taco then hides early or is not coming out at all.
Yesterday we had a hot, sunny day and then those high wind gusts starting in late afternoon - he went into his burrow very early. Despite the windows are closed and it's not drafty in the apartment, but one can see the palm trees swing in the wind and hear the wind. We had a few unusual cloudy days - he rarely was seen. He is reacting very much to the weather he sees through the windows and I would not wonder if he can feel things like air pressure.

They do actually 🙂. Ruby will hang out in her hide, Sinatra seems to like to watch the rain. Zsa Zsa only thinks about bugs 🐛 and seems indifferent.

Sinatra decided to be silly this morning, I found him with his legs suspended by his tail lol.

... Today yesterday's clouds and wind gusts stayed until about early afternoon and then we got a sunny rest of the day, and that's when (according to the camera) Taco came out of his burrow. Stayed up and was very alert all evening long, watched me sorting bugs :D and then decided to sleep this night in an elevated cave/ niche instead of in his burrow - his sleeping spot for warmer nights and when the next day will be warm to hot.
Might sound funny, but: The local weather station can be very off from the temperature one is exposed in reality as how temperatures are measured in a standardized way (white box 1 m over ground) compared to here is rarely any shade. Had times when the weather station said 15 °C (temp. in the shade) and in direct sunlight (= almost everywhere outdoors, or near a window)... just the right temperature for a tank top and such and I measured 35 °C when reading a book on the balcony (similar when I, for fun, packed a thermometer in my bag to check the temperature on my way back from campus).
Somehow, funny but true, Taco seems to be a better prediction on what will temperatures be in direct sunlight or at a window.

It's great to be able to watch dragons during the day. I work remotely and have the opportunity to walk Foxy while there is daylight. I'm so happy for you and your dragons!

It's for photos like these that I love this buddy!
Me to!!!
Dragons can be such lil clowns. (Most of them) it seems like I'm always finding Sinatra in weird places.
Zsa Zsa chases my fingers especially first thing in the morning. I need to get a video of it.
Ruby will raise all her toes up anytime we get near her in anticipation of getting out (she is usually right lol).
I love when others post pics of their beardies being silly or weirdo's to.

Lol, Foxy always raises his fingers up when he's about to slide down his snag. He seems to enjoy it, he looks like a penguin sliding down a snowy mountain on his belly. I'll try to film it sometime.

I can feel her staring into my soul demanding food
She was having a staring contest with a mealworm. I guess I never taught her to not play with her food, lol.
