Late night snuggles 😴

I’ve decided to add nightly snuggles to his new routine, hopefully it will help us bond

Yeah, we’ve been doing this for 2 days now for about 30min-1hr every night after his lights go off He’s always keen on snuggle time, his favourite spot is the crook between my elbows while he is all wrapped up

This is just… Yes! The wiggles are the best part, when they get all comfy and close their eyes I wonder what beardies dream about- probably some yummy worms.

Haha I guess everybody is entitled to their own opinions, my boy’s favourite treats are big juicy hornworms. He makes such a mess with those, once he ended up dying half of his chin grey until he shed it off from the innards alone! His substrate was blue!

right??? like his vet wants him to lose some weight. (i don't think he needs to.) he'll eat salads all day, every day. we even started taking them out at 4 instead of 6. talk about stink eye when he walks over for "dinner" (third breakfast) and there is none! and then turns his nose up on bug day. like bro! what's the deal! i feel so bad when i have no advice to give people that struggle to get salads in their dragons. i just have no point of reference.

and that's too freaking funny about blue substrate! got any pics???

Leo is good with his salads as well, but he’s only 6.5 months old so he still eats a lot of feeders. He just started that on his own- like, I didn’t do anything and he started eating it!

Unfortunately I don’t have a picture but it took a lot of scrubbing to get out!

We all wish we could get stink eye over removing salad. I'm more likely to get it for putting it in, in the first place rofl

Haha! Leo will eat his salads but he adores his feeders, most likely only eats it because he knows then he’ll get some tasty crickets afterward
