Mine also - I literally describe me as his "move-around tree" (in addition to being his "wormgiver").
From being his "tree", I have learned that what I should not attempt is to try to adjust to his climbing with changed body postures, because otherwise I might hold them for a long time when he then decides to sit for a while. Having one hand at shoulder height with dragon's back legs on the hand, front on the shoulder and staying like that for minutes? Once I was so silly... not anymore

All the time!!! I thought it was just him!! And I feel so bad when I have to blindly grope around to find a gentle way to disengage him! He used to climb up to my head and sit on my hair but I can get him there so he finds the spot where its harder for me lol.

I just immediately go sit on the middle of the bed and let him hold on his own where he can let go safely, but he is very clingy and gets a fabulous grip with those claws..he isnt going anywhere if he doesnt want to. I usually have to pick each claw off gently one by one.
