This is my 4th dragon.
She is a 3 month old marketed leucistic x hypo citrus
Right now she is in the shedding process.
She is going to go in the tank with my other baby 3 month old german x sandfire girl.
Now that i have two, I'm going to upgrade their habitat tomorrow.
I'm so excited
I don't want to appear rude but the general consensus on here is not to house more than one beardie together because in the wild they are solitary animals and only come together to mate.
Although they appear to be getting along fine now one could very quickly turn on the other one no matter what sex they are.
Im not to worried.
Sure I do keep an close eye on them.
Ive housed babies together once and they were just fine.
I had two male brother live together in the same tank and they are about 2 years old now.
Here are the two little girl enjoying some playtime.
Dratini (bottom) and Charmander (top)
Just a few articles that suggest it's not a good idea to house your beardies together. Obviously your entitled to do as you wish but I kind of think why bother risking it because surely you want them both to be as healthy as possible?
I do.
But like I said.
Other than schooling and at work. I'm with my dragons.
I'm keeping a close eye on them.
I've had success with the dragon brothers and I'm not too worried about these two.
They have a big tank and plenty of room.
If anything happens, I have spare habitats to put on of them in.
