So it's been a few months since I bought little draco and I noticed he quickly out grew his original 30x12x12 cage. I decided to take a big step and build him something realllllllllly nice! Built it by myself in my garage and I say it turned out very well! His old cage is sitting on top of it in some of the pictures, you'll see the big difference!

His new cage is ran with timers, I used tile, and a portion of the floor is blocked off and filled with sifted, washed, and sterilized play sand (tile underneath) so he has a place to dig. His basking spot is 102, warm side is 90 and cold side is 79 :) let me know what you guys think and any advice is welcomed!

So I'll post some pics of the cage in the process of it being build and then how it stands as of now:)

I also have all of his lights on timers to help me out since my work schedule is pretty random.

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
