Hey y’all I have a few quick questions about shedding. 1) Autumn is almost a year old now (this month is her birthday month!?)....So my question is how often should she be shedding? 2) Autumn also has a really weird way of shedding. Instead of shedding along her full body every time, she just sheds parts of it. (i.e. legs one week, tail the next, then her head, then her body). She has always done this. Is she okay? Is this normal? 3) How long should she be at a year now? I know, a lot of questions, but I just thought I’d ask.
That all sounds just fine. Her shedding will be less frequent since she isn't growing as quickly but the actual amount will vary and I can't say for sure how often it will be. Shedding in pieces (even a scale at a time sometimes) is how it will look from now on. It's more rare to see a full body shed in an adult. Again it's hard to say for sure about her length since they grow at different rates. Generally an adult is around 16-24'' long and anywhere from maybe 400-800g (ish).
