Jumping at door?

My bearded dragon qibli has recently started to jump from his basking spot straight into the enclosure door I have no idea why he is doing this, he has always been fine till now!?
Dose he want to get out?
Or is his enclosure dirty??

Is he maybe seeing his reflection and going after it?
Or maybe something out in the room has his attention

he has never seamed to take any notice to his reflection when i put him near a mirror in my room. :/

What are the ambient temps in the tank? Mirrors will stress them out -- they see themselves and will think there is another dragon

my doors i use for his enclosure are clear thick plastic, I believe it might be the humidity? australia has been humid lately.

What is the humidity and I have never heard of them doing that w/ humidity - ambient temps yes- is he black bearding?

Like when he's jumping? No he's bright yellow no stress lines at all , he normally dose it in the morning?

How long? And is it the only time he is doing this?

From what I know it's only the mornings & hes not for very long, he doesn't do it all the time could it be he just wants food? .
I have seen him jump around his enclosure more often lately not only at the door but from a high place to another mostly basking spot to cool side.

Thats not good jumping from one place to another and it being high-- he could hurt himself -- lets see if some other people on the forum might have some ideas why

he also will climb to the top corner of his enclosure and fall (by accident) when he has been in his basking sport for a bit so he's all warmed up, could it be that he needs more room?
its already a big enclosure, i don't know the exact dimensions though. (he dose not climb or jump often but its still confusing...

It's possible he just gets a burst of energy and wants to run around for a while. They can cover quite a lot of territory when they are in the mood to run. If you have a safe spot for him to roam around outside the tank it might be worth a try. If he seems to like it then perhaps you could build some outside the tank time into his routine.

Thank you so much this makes sense, he normally dose it after he's basked and is having zoomies, I'll try and find a good place for him to explore safety!
