Is this Tail rot?

I recently got my bearded dragon Apollo, when I got him he was in the middle of a shed, therefore I’m not sure what markings were normal on him or not, his shed went well, except there was a small piece of shed still on the tip of his tail, it ended up coming off but now the tip of his tail is concerning to me, and I’m not sure wether it is tail rot or not, and if it is, do you think I could save his tail by using betadine solution and Neosporin? I’m just not sure what to do, maybe I’m just over thinking it but I want to make sure!!

At the moment it's fine but there's always a very small chance that it worsens. In most cases it doesn't but it won't hurt to do the treatment that you mentioned. Try not to worry though, this is very slight and should be fine !

This may sound dumb, but what will it look like when “healed” if the treatment works? Will it be normal or does it kinda leave a scar?

A good outcome would be that it doesn't get worse, spreading up the tail , or it may fall off with no further problem there.
