Is this scale rot or fungus??

Hey, my 2 year old beardie Kalameet has some odd looking scales on his chest. He got out of the bath about 30 minutes ago if that matters. His behavior is totally normal, no issues with eating or energy at all. I'm probably being paranoid but better safe than sorry!

I've only had him for about 4 months, he hasn't shed on his stomach with me, he's shed his legs and head though.

What is his tank temps? How often do you clean the tank(Extremely Important cuz that's one cause of fungus).

I'll try the honey! and I can send some better pics when I get back to my room. The basking spot is 100F, cold side is 75F. And it can be hard to clean the reptile carpet since I live in a dorm, but I clean the rest weekly and spot clean daily

It does look a lot like shed. How long has it appeared this way?
Just keep a watch on the area & be sure it sheds off.
