So today I had my bearded dragon hanging out with me on my bed and I noticed that his eyes are saggy and sunken in. I always spray his food with water and take him baths once a week. He hasn't used the restroom in two days so I've taken him a bath and rubbed his stomach but his last stool was perfectly normal. His behavior is still normal.
Is he dehydrated? And what can I do for him to get more water? Anything will be helpful thank you.
His eyes look OK to me too. If you notice a change it may be due to the face shed coming on. White urate and poop that doesn't look dry is usually a better indicator of hydration. As long as that continues to look good, he is probably OK. You can always offer some extra water by dripping it on his nose to lick up. If he is thirsty he will likely lick at the water.
If the poos as delivered are moist , he's not dehydrated.
These a reptiles evolved to cope with spending their entire live living in a dry environment where there is very little permanent standing water and rarely running water , or rain.
