Is my beardie constipated

She goes once a week on Saturdays. Seems to be her new norm but she's either constipated or fat I can't tell. Pooping once a week is a new thing been going on for about a month but she hasn't had any changes in behavior or looks. I think she's doing well and I've just over fed her I've tried to get her to go by rubbing her belly but I dont think it makes a diffrence.

Also she's 7 months old and I heard pooping once a week isn't normal for a beardie this young

Make sure she is getting enough hydration. Young dragons can dehydrat faster than older dragons

Also make sure her basking is warm enough. They need to get up to temp to digest their food properly

I always make sure to mist her greens every time she has them and since then she hasn't wanted any more water then that. Thank-you!
