Is my bearded dragon a healthy weight?

Hi i have a bearded dragon who is I believe 8-9 months old and weighs 168 grams I was wondering how overweight or underweight he is or if he is the right weight.

were are these flat pads you mention if you would like I could take a picture were the are located to give you a better look. He eats meal worms and crikets, and wax worms only when i am handling him to get him to like me otherwise that is it

he was eating collard greens and yellow squash, found out he hates collards so I am feeding mustard greens kale, and turnip greens mixed together with mealworms on top and he seems to enjoy that

so he has a healthy weight?
