This is my first beardie and yes, I realize I got a very young one. He's very healthy, alert and curious. He's eating about 3-4 crickets 3 times a day. He hasn't eaten any greens yet. I'm offering mustard greens and collard greens all day. Is he eating enough? I've never had a beardie before and I'm pretty nervous...
As long as he/she is not looking skinny or not alert, then they are probally eating enought.
I beleive that most breeders feed their babies around 10-15 crickets per baby each feeding but that is usually pinheads and i don't know how big your crickets are. The larger the cricket the less they eat, and make sure that the cricket is not larger then the width of your bearded dragons head (the rule of thumb).
