Iris and my paranoia

Hi
I wanna make another update on Iris today.
Iris is my baby dragon who dealt with some tail issues early in her life (was attacked by siblings).
She is a little runt of her litter. Since she got home soon three weeks ago she has improved in many ways. She has been skittish since i got her but for the last 5 ish days she has been really curious and has started going out in the open and today she discovered how nice it is to sit directly under her heat lamp. She has started eating A LOT. She ate about 5 cockroaches (pretty large ones though) a day at the previous home and recently here she has started eating about 30 small ones a day. She also grabs salad so mercilessly that she a couple times have chomped at my fingers.
She is insanely fast and energetic, loves climbing despite missing toes on her back feet. It's been a joy to see her bloom more and more.

I do have a bit of a recurring concern though; I think she dealt with tailrot at the earlier home (you guys pointed that out to me). It since seemed to have healed up, but, i am ever concerned. The tip has had a different color for about a week now but i think its because the rest of the tail is shedding, cause the color is similar to her real color. However i've noticed a black spot under(?) the shed, further up the tail. Could this be tail rot starting? I asked my vet and he said to keep an eye on it but that he wasn't keen on me bringing her in due to stress (she is very small for her age).
I'm trying to figure out where to go from here. It's obviously not easy to tell anything before the shed is gone.

I would do like the vet said and keep an eye on it. It doesn't look like anything to worry about to me, but staying vigilant never hurts 🙂 it's not uncommon at all for the end of the tail to be darker than the rest.
Iris looks to be growing quite well, she is a very pretty little girl. Her story is amazing to.

Not even with the spotting? I definitely will be keeping an eye.
She is! I'm so happy, man.. She takes big steps everyday in her development, just being out and about. She has been so brave today..! A week ago she would've ran and hid when she saw me or my parents come into the room but today she was just looking at us like.. Hello? Food?

If the spots get soft/squishy or grow then I would get to the vet, otherwise I'd just keep an eye on it.

Hi there a little update we went from a 50 watt heat lamp to a 100 watt basking halogen heat lamp hahaha I saw some comments about it being so close so I made sure to put it a ruler away from her
