I have had a Beardie before however my Daughter really wanted one, she is nearly 8 so I thought it would be a great learning curve for her, with my supervision off course but she is really looking forward to caring for our new Beardie. I picked him up from a local breeder, photo of his Dad attached, the Mother was a standard Beardie so I'm looking forward to what colours he may have. He has seemed alert and settling in well, taking his bugs, pooping, as always not much luck with Greens yet but I'll preservere with that more when he is settled.
Again this forum was invaluable for my 1st Beardie and has been great to brush up on care sheets etc.
It seems he likes being tong fed at the moment, hopefully that's something he grows out of, I'll cut him a little alack being only 7 weeks old!
