Well, he got here on Wednesday cold and tired, the fedex guy swinging the package as he walked up to the door. "That's a baby in there" I calmly said to him. Not!! With shaking hands we opened the box - he is just beautiful! We had a little rough start - I had him in a 55 gal with a mega ray for the first day. He was closing his eyes and didn't want to eat by the next morning. So he's in a 20 breeder with a nice new reptisun on him, with a much happier beardie for it. He munched some greens this afternoon. I am amazed at how cuddly he is! He just wants to snuggle all the time. No name yet for the little doll. He's soo sweet, we thought of pepperoni but that just doesn't seem to be a fitting name for a big boy beardie. Norbert was another but my cat Norton just died and I thought it was too close of a name. The other really cool thing is he turns absolutely black when he's stressed. He's a translucent from bloodbank. So here's the first pics
Right outta the box
Well the little fellow is settling in. I couldn't find him and moved his hide rock. I must have startled him cause I got a vicious hissing baby trying to attack
me. It was so cute that we thought Vicious would be a good name for him. Still not eating the best but getting there.
