Just thought I’d introduce my new baby and I’m a first time beardie owner. Orion is a female, I’m thinking about 4-6 months old as she was 12 inches long last time I measured her about a month ago (I really need to measure again 
). My partner and I got her from petco (I know it’s horrible, please don’t judge but I fell in love with her when I saw her) a month and almost three weeks ago. We are so in love with her already and she truly has become our baby.
A little about her. She absolutely loves her BSFL and refuses to eat any other kind of worm. She’s also obsessed with bell peppers and will pick them all out of her salad and leave the greens every time
Working on finding a green that she loves. Orion is not a fan of her bath time as she constantly tries to jump out but endures it like a champ. Her favorite spot to bask is her tall rock hide, she pretty much lives on that thing almost all daylight hours. I have put a tiny plushie in with her for something soft and she doesn’t seem to mind it but doesn’t choose to lay on it for long periods of time. I had advice to let her fall asleep on me at night for bonding and she’s done really well with that! She loves snuggling under the blanket on my chest 
I just introduced a dragon wing harness to her so I can let her run around he house and not worry about her scurrying under crevices, but she’s not a fan so we have to work on that. She’s still a bit skittish with me, especially my partner as he’s not here as often, and will run if she’s out and if possible so I feel like there’s still a lot of bonding to do.
