Sometimes I catch him gaping on the floor I'm front of the basking platform, that's why I brought in the other probe to verify but my readings seem to be accurate. My temp gun reads about 5-8 degrees hotter which is odd because in the old enclosure it was always within 3-4. [/QUOTE]
