I want a second opinion on my beardie home, does everything look right?

All of his temps are right and I cut the mesh so that my uvb tube isn’t impaired by the mesh. I just wanna know if everything looks right and is in the right spot, also his basking bulb is a 160 watt all in one power sun, that’s as far up as I can put it that still allows his basking area to be around 100-106 Fahrenheit. With the cool side being 75-85 Fahrenheit

It’s a 40 gallon, and he’s about a year and a couple months old. And thank you!!!

He has lots of things to keep him busy exploring (this is very important) and keeps him him from getting bored.
Good uvb coverage and temp gradients.
Over all looks great .
