I need help-

My bearded dragon was given to me 2 days ago, he is a small baby 6 and 1/2 inches, and he was eating perfectly fine.. but I might have overfed him- he won't eat, he pooped normally but only once, it's been two days since I overfed him and he won't eat, only strike. I'm starting to get worried and stuff, idk what to do please help.. I fed him a lot of mealworms and some Dubias. I also added greens, with carrots too his bowl dw

Very good Let us know over time how he's doing, but I'm sure now he will improve much and do well
They're really depending so much on the correct light and temperature, for us humans this might appear strange, but that's just how they are.

Ok where is the uvb? What did you get? And the screen on the tank is a fine mesh like a screen door- or a wide hole type?

Ok you need to get it unobstructed NO screen or inside the tank directly over the basking decor piece 12-15 inches -- screens block 30% of the rays

You can remove the lid with the mesh, and either do without lid or, wen your dragon gets larger and might jump out, exchange the mesh with some wide-hole mesh like chicken wire.
Otherwise, if you must keep the fine-hole mesh, hang the UVB tube lamp into the tank, which can be done with cable ties or picture wire.
