I need help! I don’t know if it’s because he’s shedding or need to go to the vet asap!!

I just got him about a few weeks ago, he is eating fine, basking fine, shedding fine, but just recently his tail is pale but the tip is a barley gray just a little darker than the rest of the tail, please someone look at the pictures I added and explain!!!

the little one is getting ready to shed its tail. nothing to worry about from what i can see. my guy gets ghost white before shedding. at one point i had someone ask if he was an albino. nope, just getting ready to shed.
