Sometimes, I spray my beardie’s tank when the humidity is low. he seems to enjoy it, but gets pissed off afterwards. He’s now just staring at me, and his belly is doing that thing where the pattern appears. I can’t tell if he’s mad or just sun bathing.

What do you mean "afterwards"? Normally they'd just be sun basking, but if it is mad but not attacking or anything it should be fine, they're just little grumps

I mean like when I stop spraying the cage he opens his mouth at me, and I heard that the pattern thing is sometimes a result of stress. Thanks for replying!

yeah normally if they open their mouth at you that is seen as aggresive if they are black, but if he isnt attacking you hes probably just enjoying the water and doesnt want you to stop lol
