I know it’s a good thing that my dragon Flame is doing his thing but I do miss him terribly . I love our weekly hydration times . It will make spring even better as he will be awake and ready to roll !
I keep looking at videos of him to fill my void. Summertime … when the weather is easy .
Please share some summertime pics of your beardies for therapy .
That’s a gorgeous picture of him!
And don’t worry, winter is almost over! Doesn’t that mean he’ll be out of brumation soon? Thankfully my guy is too young so he’s not brumating this year, so I don’t know much about it other than what I’ve read on this site.

I can relate to this post! At least you're mature enough to post pictures. That never crossed my mind. I simply cried, post, whined, repeat-
I love how you love your beardies- when Flame wakes up, great times ahead. I love the pictures!

Have a wonderful time.
I hope he stays in brumation so you don't have to worry.
See Rocky plays games-- he's taking a break from ME. I thought I could leave him once and he came from under his hide like, "Nice try!"

Well he did wake for my friend caring for him . My friend was very excited . He woke but not super active . Meaning he goes to his basking area but not super rambunctious. Kind of looks sleepy still . Goes to cooler side to rest . Does it take time for reptile to wake from basking ? I’m thinking it would .
Thoughts ?
Two of mine recently came out of brumation, Zen was like a light switch one day still napping around the next day hell on wheels. Ruby took 3 or four days to fully wake up, now she is more active than I've ever seen her.

He kind of did a slow wake a few days but today was more active than yesterday . Ohhhh and guess what !? He pooped this am . I think that’s when I screamed for joy
