It looks like poop but with a gelatinous form. I see that once in a while. I'm not sure what the cause is but it doesn't tend to last for very long and I chalk it up to temporary digestion issue /upset stomach. I'd probably avoid offering celery very often and substitute with something more nutritious like squash. I do offer celery leaves now and then if I cook with it though.
