I am glad you are doing better!
The Thrive light, isn't a very strong UVB light. Can you possibly get a stronger UVB or Mercury Vapor
light? The Exo terra Solar Glo MVB is a nice bright one & has decent UVB light. There is a Zoomed
Powersun MVB light which is a good one, as well.
I believe that Arcadia (UK brand) now has a MVB light that doesn't need a step up converter & is able
to be used on the US voltage.

I’m sorry but if you can go weeks without feeding your bearded dragon that’s animal cruelty or reptile cruelty and you should find them a better place to be living.
If you mental health is resolved than work with someone to step in case it ever happens again.
I understand too, I have definitely been there. I forget to take care of my bird as kid from my own issues and it died. I was heartbroken and felt like a horrible person. I even wrote up a contract that I would never own a bird an again.
I now have 3 pets and understand that it can sometimes be full time job like taking care yourself with illnesses.

I need to go tomorrow and get her these things. i came in tonight to go to bed and she was laying on her UVB side with her head down and lethargic. i’m going tomorrow to get her new things i just feel so horrible i can’t stop crying. i don’t want her to suffer. she has seemed happy lately.

also, what wattage do i need? i’ve been using 100 because 150 made her distressed

The 100 watt should be fine, if it's getting to the proper temperatures for her. Are you going to get another
Mercury vapor bulb or a tube bulb for UVB?
You have a digital probe or temp gun to measure her basking temperatures, correct?

Yes I got a tube UVB. I also have thermometers and hygrometers on both the basking and UVB sides of her terrarium!

Oh that's great to hear! Which tube bulb brand did you end up purchasing for her?
The basking temperatures can be in a range of 95-105F on the
basking area, with a cooler end temperature being around 78-82F roughly.

I got an Exo Terra tube bulb and it works well! i may need to invest in a new thermometer and hygrometer because they’re a little hard to read, but she seems happy! i am going tonight to get her some super worms

NO thrive brands for UVB -- basking bulbs are fine as long as they are not colored yellowish off white or a daytime bulb -- here are 3 good UVB's please get one as soon as you can -- the ones I am posting are 24" and good for 40 + gallon tanks

I have bought the UVB bar lamp and I am picking it up after work today! I also got a thermometer gun yesterday and her basking temp was a bit low. I am using a ZooMed 100 watt bulb. Should I go up to 150 watt?

Your digital probe thermometer is going to tell you the wattage you need - place that probe on the spot where he bask you want surface basking temps 95-100-- IR guns are good but can be off w/ certain types of basking decor - what UVB did you get?
