Ok so what is the issue
She has had that stomach issue that you can see in the video for over a year now. I’ve taken her to five different specialists and they did bloodwork, x-rays, ultrasound, fecal sample and everything came back good except for high calcium levels. They found that she was retaining fluid and they sent the fluid in to have it tested and they said it was from some kind of inflammation but not cancerous or anything like that.
They are all stumped and I feel like I’ve hit a dead end because I have tried absolutely everything under the sun and that’s including every vegetable (she’s allowed to have) every bug, supplement, vitamin, Herb, different medication’s, bee pollen, pure natural honey, and plenty more; nothing has made a single bit of difference. I’ve bought at least 15 different bulbs with the bulb lamps, her temps are perfect now finally (kept getting too hot) She’s always been on a very regular poop schedule, up until this week things have taken a turn for the worst. Yesterday she Blackbearded for the very first time in the 2 1/2 years that I’ve had her. Normally she would be bothered by it but would just move around to adjust to put pressure on it but the last couple days it has gotten really bad and she isn’t looking well, she also hasn’t pooped in a week and today she refused all foods and liquids. Yesterday I put fungal cream on the dark spots of her skin and now today she refuses to let us even touch her and it seems like it is painful for her. Lastly her little hands and feet and everything look swollen.

Also she normally doesn’t have a problem with the bath but today she acted like a maniac trying to jump out the entire time and I tried twice at two different times to give her a bath and it was a complete fail;which is not like her. Another thing is her breathing seems to be really hard and fast.

Ok so please post the last blood work done and the X rays and ultrasound as well -- next I need to know exactly what your surface basking temps are and how your getting them- digital probe only please- and your UVB NO coils - long tube fixture and where in the tank is it and how old is the bulb- these are all directly related to the health of the dragon--- are you feeding dubia roaches for a staple now? Once the results are posted for the things I asked about Tracie our vet tech can look and see if anything is amiss -- did they do a uric acid level for gout?

Hello,

Thanks so much for posting all of the pictures, x-rays & bloodwork.
She does not have eggs, correct?
Based on her Uric Acid results, I would say that she has gout. Did the vet not mention
anything about the uric acid levels? Can you post a picture of her entire body, to include
her hands, feet, etc so I can see if there is marked swelling?
The AST is a little higher than normal, but not bad. The calcium is very high at 30mg/dl
which is why I was wondering about eggs, too.
For now, I would get her started on some black or tart cherry juice extract to help start
flushing out her kidneys.
Since you are using the Megaray along with the T5 tube bulb, I would recommend using
just calcium powder or liquid calcium without any D3 to avoid toxicity buildup.
I would recommend getting her started on allopurinol for treating gout.
What is her protein intake like?

Tracie

They didn’t mention anything about Uric acid at all. One dr mentioned high calcium but when I asked if I should cut back he told me not to change or do anything differently so I continued giving her calcium everyday/every other day. I thought maybe she had a stuck egg but the dr said no according to the ultrasound (they didn’t provide me with pictures/copies) just the typed out conclusion. I haven’t ever given calcium with d3 except once a week in her multivitamin but I stopped giving her that vitamin about a week and a half ago. As far as protein she was getting either crickets, wax worms/blue horned worms but most recently just super worms (only a couple 2-4 at most) because I’ve been trying to get her to eat more greens. However, she has only had about 10 crickets this week, nothing for the past 2 days. She wouldn’t eat anything willingly so I made her a slurry with a combo of greens/supplements/real unpasteurized honey/pedialyte and put it on her mouth from a syringe (she licked some but It took all day (literally hours) to get her to eat the whole thing. The swelling came out of nowhere 2 days ago and yesterday it was the worst. I’ve tried many times to post the videos from yesterday which shows her stomach at its worst and swelling but it won’t allow the video to upload for some reason. I’ll send a pic from yesterday and then a pic of her right now so you can see if there’s a difference. Where do I get tart Cherry extract?

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
